Over the December holidays I did not take my Neotel modem with me as there is no coverage at my holiday home. I decided to unplug the modem from the wall due to the risk of lightning. To my suprise the December account shows usage up to 400 Mb over this period. When I queried the usage, they responded that its not worth investigating because there cannot be errors. To my suprise my January account went over by 30%. I decided to close the account as I cannot trust the billing anymore.
