Wasted R1200 on Neotel wifi modem & 20Gig prepaid!

After shopping around for a the mystical good data deal on the internet I decided to go for Neotel.
On the 2nd of Sept 2013 I headed to one of their only TWO branded branches in Gauteng - at Cedar Square. I spent over an hour in the queue before I got helped. When it was my turn, I was assited by Khali. Khali checked coverage for my location Boskruin and was happy with it. But knowing that I would be moving houses I then asked her to also check Randpark Ridge Ext 5 and she confirmed there too was coverage. I then parted with R499 for a 24 Gig prepaid data bundle and R799 for a wifi dongle/modem. I've moved houses and lo and behold there is no coverage at all. I've emailed a complaint to Neotel and got a reference - FCR_216835559, where the consultant replied to my query saying there is no coverage in my Randpark Ridge street. However one can even check coverage for themselves on the Neotel home page, and when I punch in both street addresses for Boskruin & Randpark Ridge it says there is coverage. I pointed this out to them via email. Its now 3 full working days without any response from them. I am gutted & feel cheated out of my hard earned money. If its too good to be true...
