I was due for an upgrade on my contract and the phone I wanted was not available in Cape Town. I called the Four Ways Mall branch and they arranged for all the upgrade particulars to take place without charging upgrade fees. They also arranged courier of the phone to me for no extra charge. No that's what I am talking about when it comes to good service!
