I was contacted by Cell Direct to upgrade, the phone was not as per upgrade agreement. They collected the phone and arranged for another phone. To date - Still not received the new phone but are paying the new upgraded tariff. Phoned All Cell C number and no body can assist... Dont think this is fare to pay for something you havent received and everytime you get passed on to another person.
