We have several contracts with Mtn, most of which are problem free. However, my husband's is not. His phone is essential to our business, but over the past 6 months, his voicemail service has been stopped several times. When we contact MTN Tzaneen, Angie Woodward is very helpful and the voicemail is restored, but it doesn't last and within a few weeks, or as is now the case, within a few days, the service disappears again. Angie has logged this problem with her supervisor, but there has been no improvement - callers are still unable to leave voice messages. He has just recently upgraded to an iPhone, but the voicemail problems were happening with his old phone and have continued with the new one, so it is not handset related. If MTN does not have capacity to manage the demand for its services, it should not be selling them.
Please MTN, this problem is impacting on our ability to make a living. Sort it out.
