I reported to Vodacom on the 29/1/2013 that my voicemail was not working, I could not access my voicemail and neither could anyone leave a voicemail, i was promised feedback on the 29th of Jan and that "Senior Engineer" was looking into the problem, since then I have not heard anything, I called them yesterday with my reference number and was promised AGAIN that someone would call me today (06//2013) in the morning, Morning has come and gone and I am still waiting with no feedback and no voicemail...
disappointing is an understatement...
