Phone is not working and blocked the simcard

I phoned numerous times to log a complain about my phones scroller that`s not working I spoke to so many call centre agents that keeps on telling me they will log a call with the couriers but until today no progress, after a month ago I called them to tell the im not gonne pay the account cause im not using the phone they blocked my sim card on the 21/11/2013 the lady with the name of Fumani called me and ask me for payment I told her im not gonne pay I ask her if I pay will the unblocked my simcard she said yes I maid a payment on 07/12/2013 to the account I called again on the 9/12/2013 spoke to Phumeza she told me she`s gonne unblocked my simcard but it takes 24h00 nothing happened called again on 10/12/2013 spokte to Neslee she said she also locked a call to the couriers and that she`s gonne unblocked my simcard that will be active in 24h00 today again spoke to Palesa she told me she cant help me the staff is all out to a Christmas lunch she will help tomorrow I really had it now with this people.
