I lost my iphone, had it blocked and the phone was found a few days later. We called the call centre to have the phone unblocked, we were told to fax supporting docs through to a particular fax number for which we did on numerous occasions and after many calls to the call centre and to date the issue has not been resolved! Being a customer for many years I am absolutely disgusted at the fact that no one has returned our calls, followed up to let us know what the hold up is, nothing, absolutely nothing. It's been at least 2 months that the phone is offline and we are losing revenue! We would like to cancel this contract with immediate effect! Somebody needs to contact me urgently on 0795161161.
