18/02/2013 was my first call in to Cell C's call centre
After holding for 20 minutes on a call waiting for the call centre to answer, still not receiving the service i required, the phone was simply dropped in my ear.
I went to the Hatfield branch and was told that they are experiencing bad network in some parts of Hatfield (1PM)
at 8pm this issue was still not resolved so i called the call centre again, after waiting 15 minutes for my call to be answered a lady by the name of Nomvula couldn't give me any feedback, was ignorant and blatantly rude
She herself dropped the phone in my ear
I am really not happy about Cell C service
They are quick to give you a new contract and phone, but when you ask for the service you pay for, they simply brush it off
