How on earth is it possible for a supposedly "reputable" service provider such as Cell C to take longer than 20 minutes to answer a call?!?! Are you short on staff? Are they too incompetent to answer a call?!?!
I've @$! & spent R90 on airtime already because I don't have any other choice as to phone from a different network provider!! GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!!!
I'm waiting for my contract to be finalised by Cell C, and this is the type of service I get?
