I don't know how many times have a called these people to complain about not being able to use this data they give and don't carry over to the next month and not getting any help.. So for 2 months I've had this phone never used the data and still no help.. I called to cancel the contract as clearly i'm not receiving what i pay for, and they coming up with stories. You are asked to call the call centre but no one has answers there instead they give you another number to call and if u don't have another cell c number you'll have to use your own airtime to call a call centre.. Cell C is cheap for reasons as they never have network coverage anywhere and they take forever with their investigations. Always making their problems yours and you never get anything resolved.. I want to cancel this contract and go and take this phone with another phone provider.. I've had it with these people
