I signed a Gigga20 contract 3 weeks ago, where we asked the consultant who attended to us specific questions about certain clauses in the contract. He assured us that this only applies to voice calls, not to this data deal. I noticed that we received a sms which stated that we are being billed for any additional usage. I specifically asked about this and set a limit to payment. I tried to get hold of him a couple of times, we have not received any response. Last week Saturday I phoned Cell C to enquire about the peak and off peak times that applies to my specific package. 4 out of 4 consultants explained to me that on my specific contract, our peak times are from 7am-8pm and off peak times from 8pm-7am. They also informed me that the whole weekend will be allocated to off peak time. Later that same day, I received another sms which stated that we have less than 1GB peak data left. I phones again and eventually found out that they gave me the wrong information. I held on for another 30 minutes until I eventually spoke to the supervisor, which assured me that he will resolve this matter and reinstate us with the Cap. I am so disappointed!
