After numerous hours spent at my local Cell phone shop, Blackberry at Cavendish and Vodacom Canal walk I had a seemingly 'unsolvable' problem.
Overnight my BB Q10 stop retrieving emails from my works' server.
WE tried everything. Backing up my cell[hone to a hard drive, installing the latest BB software, resetting my passwords, had BES unnecessarily activated.
I required 4 trips to Canal Walk, with more that 9 hours spent waiting and trying to get it sorted.
Still it didn't work. Unathi was always willing to try another option when the last plan failed. Great service, thanks Unathi!
