Ulle is almal arrogante ####, who were the last person to call my wife with the worst attitude. You my friend should not work and go beg on the street! Who gives you the right to talk to my wife as if she owes you something. You provided me with no service throughout Jan and FEB . I dont care if you think there was nothing wrong with the line as half the staff do not know what they are doing. There were times that I ve escalated a call 3 to 4 times a day and obviously (confirmed by a telkom technician) that you people have no idea what you are doing. I want someone to call me and advise who the person is in accounts that called my wife with the rudest attitude. I want to know whats going to happen with this account and want my money back... If you dont want to provide me with the details and not rectify my account and cancel it in the process, maybe ICASA will provide the help I need. Which is also being logged with them now.
