My wife owes you R500 on account no. below, she always pays on time and never goes over R1000 on her card. ONE, and only one routine phone call is required, not one or two a day. I do not care how late she is with payment, unless she owes over R1000, do not ever phone or harass my wife again, or you will quickly find yourselves without 2 regular clients. This is completely unacceptable.
The guy who phoned her yesterday, (on a SUNDAY; what the is wrong with you people?!), had a very bad attitude as well which went like this: Me: "we know, you can stop phoning my wife now." Call centre person: "no, I won't". You have this recorded so I want that resolved as well. Do NOT phone my wife, phone me. Terence.
