I'm paying a lot of money for a stable fast internet line so my wife can use it to teach foreighners English. paying for a 5meg line, max speed I get is less than 800kbs. so my wife cant work. Telkom has sent technicians out at least 20 times, they say the line is faulty, nobody is replacing it!! my wife cant work, they want their money, she has no income if she cant work. for sake Telkom, do what needs to be done! all the technicians do is laugh at my wife when she complains, poor service and unproffesional TELKOM.
