Terrible Service

I have sent numerous emails to cancel my adsl line and internet, I get mailed back saying that is has been resolved, yet to see the following month I'm still being charged for this service.
Further to me sending these mails I have attempted to call and have this issue resolved, The consultants either tell me to call back and select different options or transfer me and cut the call.
The reason that I wish to cancel this line is because I cannot afford it, But is seems to be costing me even more in time and phone calls to get this resolved.
Please can this be done with immediate effect and I be refunded the /- R1000.00 that I have been billed for from August 2012 to date.
My request is simple, I don't see why this can't be actioned.

I have dealt with the ffg people:
1. Charmaine Ramabulana
2. Elizabeth Khoza
3. Russel Mthembu
4. Aza Tisie
5. Thabang Mahlingu

As well as several other people who's names i cant remember, But im certain Telkom will have a log of this.

I'm currently on the line with Thabang Mahlingu who was explaining my situation to his supervisor, When i requested to speak to him, I was told that he just stepped into a meeting... conveniently.
