Im using my wifes profile to post this.
My name is Shaneel Maharaj i applied for a loan at the phoenix plaza branch on the 5th March 2013 which was approved for amount xxxx however since it was first time application, i was informed 1-5 days which was a problem but i accepted it.
i did a follow up everyday and when any documents were required, i supplier immediately. Employment was confirmed and everything that i could do was done. Came Friday the 8th March 2013, around 14h30 ar so, i called Clent Services to enquire on status and i was told my Gugu that it has been approved and Credit department has not realsed funds yet, i will get a sms and latest Monday the 11th i should be paid out. I questioned her are you sure its approved and she said yes.
Came Monday and nothing paid out, i went to the branch only to find out, its been declined and noone can tell me to the Reason why.
I was told on Friday on a Call Recording, it was approved so rightfully i need payout.
