I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with customer service at Game, Grand Central, Cape Town branch.
On the 04th February 2013 I applied for a laptop package, which application was approved on the 05th February 2013.
Pursuant to the advice that my application for the laptop has been approved. I attended to Game to collect my laptop one of the staff attended to me. At first, I did not mind waiting as I appreciate that at times it can be quite busy but my frustrations are borne out of lack of professionalism from the staff member attending to my concern. I was made to wait for about 45 minutes only to be informed that they have a crisis at Head Office and therefore will not be assisted and I have to come in another day.
I left the shop without my device. I would be much obliged if you could look into this matter as it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
