After reaching the end of my fixed 2GB per month contract with Mweb, I cancelled it in writing according to instructions from Mweb. The last debit order was supposed to be the end of November 2013 for R139. A review of my bank statement revealed that debit order was R1522. I sent an email to mweb stating this confliction and the lady (Danielle Pieterson) said that the excess was data I used. I asked her how it is possible since i have a fixed contract thus i can't use more than the allocated 2GB, she couldn't explain this to me and so I asked for a detailed bill.
It has been 96 Hours since then and i have recieved no bill or any further comunication from them!!!
