Declines Number porting

I have attempted to stop using this abominable Company but I just can't get them to permit my porting an exiting MTN number to MTN direct. No-one is able to sort this out despite numerous attempts. What about all those existing numbers who want to move to Cell-C with all their specials? Are they all stuck in limbo?
