I was in the store on 10 January 2013 at around 12 to do a query on my account when a lady with the name of Ashley Hallamish shouted and swear at one of the consultants in the store. I don't know what caused her rude behaviour but it was very unprofessional of her to treat a consultant like that in front of clients. She humiliated the poor guy and behaved like a mad woman. I heard from one of the consultants that she is acting manager for the duration of this month. How can Cell C appoint people like this as managers to assists clients and be an example to the consultants under her? This is totally unacceptable behaviour from a cell c employee.
