I've grown tired of this now. I have better things to do with my life than having to lodge a complaint on hellopeter every 3 months. My phone is blocked yet again aftter payment was made and proof of the payment was emailed. I've had it - I want my money back asap, the airtime on my phone I want back as I HAVE PAID FOR IT ALREADY and the contract cancelled. If I was not paying or a slow payer - by all means but on countless times I have emailed statements through proving just HOW IN DEFAULT CELL C really is with blocking my phone after it gets paid every single month. I'm done with this - If I don't have have my money back I will be taking this matter further cause its a serious case of!
