Rude behaviour towards co-worke

I had the unfortunate privilege to experience total rude and uncalled behaviour towards an employee at the Golden Nugget Spur

We were waiting at the door for someone to assist us so that we can be taken to a table, when we witnessed the lack of managerial skills from one of the black female managers.
She acted completely unprofessional. There was a lot of screaming and swearing from the female manager towards this waitress.
The waitress constantly tried to avoid the confrontation and walk away but the female manager kept on going.
I feel as a customer this is unacceptable, if there's conflict in the work area, it needs to be dealt with professionally and not in front of families sitting around wanting to have a relaxing evening.
This was NOT the first time we've experienced something like this concerning this manager, at this specific Spur, but this time it was just too much.
I don't think I'll be visiting this restaurant again, it just left a bad taste.
