This person should not even let near clients. She doesn't know how to speak to people and are one of the rudest people I have come across in my life.
I buy from Brand Mania (bushby) quite often but I will never set my foot there again if this is how trained their managers or assistant managers are. What ever this Zanele is or think she is.
I bought an item from the store and went to exchange it. So she needs to authorise the transaction. She asks me what the problem with the clothing was, so I explained that I was not comfortable with the way it fits.
Her response: "Maybe you should try fitting stuff before you buy it"
Uhm excuse me. Who the does this woman think she is. I was actually freaking flabbergasted at the way this woman thinks she can speak to people
If this is how trained your managers or assistant managers are then I wish you luck in keeping your clientele.
I heard the woman next to me in astonishment saying to the cashier lady "how can she talk to clients that way". The cashier lady did not respond, just gave a little unsure smile and I don't blame her because if this is how Brand Mania clients get treated and don't want to know how the poor staff gets treated
