i am a employee of Mr Price Shop no 536 Birchacres Mall, i have a complaint about our rude Manager who her name is Baby, she is very rude to staff and clients as well, she always shouts and call us names in front of clients, she always tells us that she is gonna fire us infront of clients, she is so inhuman she tells us she will fire us all and change the staff in the shop, she is using vulgar words against us, her behaviour is so bad towards her Junior staff in the shop. everyday she tells us that is gonna dismiss us, everyday we must hear how stupid and useless we are in front of clients, so many clients have walked away from the shop already because of her bad attitude, we lost potential clients, someone needs to do something to this woman because staff can never work under such conditions, we dont get our off days, we are given overtime but we are not paid for it, we are instructed to work late and no one cares how we get home all she says its she needs her shop clean everyday, she forgets she stays just the opposite area across in phomolong location. can the head office please remove this woman from the shop we are tied of this behaviour. we going on strike
