This is a a follow up on mtn response, they never contacted me as promised in response. I then went to Cancel my contract on The 8th of january. At Lephalale branch. Last week i Just went there to make sure everything is done and closed.. And my account was still open. I dont even have tablet anymore. Gave it in. And dont know Who to contact. No response on web sit. Customer care says i must go to nearest branch and nearest branch dont seem to succeed.. They still take money from my account! Riana versfeld
