I need to be contacted by someone who can gurantee to give answers to all my questions, Today 09/09/2013 i recv message from Erasmus Attorney regarding the same account that i was querying, this time it says your account is handed over pay now, this is a really pathetic service ever, after complaining? when will people understand best service why didnt atleast say go to the nearest branch if the technology is that poor, or is't because I am not their client neither their employee anymore. I think I must take this to the news paper maybe someone will assist me as I tend to be a victim of the circumstances at Nedbank because I dont understand. Two months ago if not mistaken the date someone phoned me and said he send me an email regarding this account, I appreciated that as I was in the meeting I made him aware and asked if he can call later, I am still waiting for the email even today, he never bothered himself with follow up and unfortunately I didn't have his contact number. today they are saying I must pay what's wrong Nedbank? when I was working there we practised best service ever count on me, please do intro. I dont owe u and I never promised anything stop harrassing me
