FNB Deducts money without explanation

A Week ago a large amount of money was deducted from my cheque account, I immediately suspected fowl play and contacted my branch to investigate. They could not tell me why the money was deducted and said they would follow up.
I then received a follow up call from my branch manager saying that it was FNB Credit Card Legal who had deducted the money and that he could not give me more information. He gave me a contact number to follow up with them.
I do not own a FNB Credit Card and have never owned an FNB Credit Card ever. In fact I o not own any credit cards, so was very surprised that such a large amount of cash had been removed from my account.
I have not been able to get through to any of the numbers provided to me, and you cannot leave a message either. I have emailed them as well and still no response.
I have no communication from FNB, and the branch refuses to reverse the transaction, so my two choices now are to lodge a complaint with Hello Peter, and if I do not get a response from FNB regarding this matter, to lay a criminal charge of against FNB.
I am concerned as this is no the first incident according to many I have spoken to. Switch From FNB and not To I say!
