Last June I called Telkom indicating that I was a victim of identity and among others a Telkom account with account number 339900951808 was opened in my name. I spoke with Sam Mathebula from the department and handed in all the relevant documents needed to proof that I did not open that account. Today I get a call from MMM Capital indicating that my account has been handed over. I have ensured that my credit recorded is clean by not having retail accounts and now this mistake could ruin that. Will someone please assist in clearing my name as soon as possible.
