I didnt pay my Telkom account for 2-3months. On the 12 December 2012 telkom handed my account to VVM & DMI for same purpose to collect. On the 21st of December i paid R620 instead of R533 i guess and my account was now on credit with R86 something. VVM started calling me in January 2013 i nicely told them i cant fax as i misplaced my proof of payment but sure if they retrace to Telkom they get proof. They told me they dont have that kind of business relationship with Telkom. I hoped theyll STOP as the sysem will update. Then they kept on calling. I was now tired of suggesting samething over & over again. I then called 10210 got my statement through email in 2minutes. Sent to VVM by email then they stopped calling after 2days. On the 18 of February DMI Attorneys started calling on the same acc to collect. Now im furious pregnant on my 3rd trimester. IM REALLY TIRED. When i call Twanette on 011 664 6405 Telkom collection Department. She tells me to call DMI as theyve now handed over the account. That it doesnt matter when i paid it was handed over therefore i should make arrangements to pay. NOW ALL I WANT IS THEM TO STOP CALLING, ONLY CHARGE ME FOR CALLS MADE & SMSES MADE 12-21Dec. Tx
