Poorly trained cinsultants!

I recently requested to upgrade from a voice to a data line.
Centurion MTN advised tat im due for upgrade, and that i should fill in all the relevant forms and that i would have to go back 7 days later and do it all again to complete the upgrade (worst client experience i think)
When i called the Callcentre they advised this could only be done a month later... I called again today and today i was advised that it would take 4 months before i can upgrade anything!

I honestly wish there could be trained people who work with customers as not one person has told me the same thing yet!
I dread to call them again as i would not want to know what nonsense they will say next!
Absolutely the most poorly trained consultants ever!
3 queries about the same thing with 3 different answers and me wasting an hour of my time with what now seems to be a useless exercises... makes me want to change service provider just to deal with competent people
