Hi all
On Tuesday at 16:45 i call Cellc to find out what has happened to my Samsung S4 app.
Dudu Mateisi was the call center agent who answered me
she had told me sorry that they could not get hold of me today and that the app was approved however on hold due to not being able to contact me she took down my details and said she would make sure they contact me in the morning to clear up the rest of my contract this is amazing service and just when i was about to lose hope in Cellc Dudu restored my faith in the company
Hope Cellc Find Dudu and gives her a box of chocolates she deserves it
