Worst customer service i have recieved EVER

Firstly Went in to the store and tried to discuss my billing and amount owing, Service consultant had no clue what she was doing she then called the manager who approached me without greeting or even a fake smile... i raised my issue and she then explained... when i wanted to ask her a question she kept putting her hand in my face and spoke over me. Secondly MTN are a bunch of as they can not explain how it is that i am in arrears every month after paying my instalments every month. Service is pathetic
