I have reported the the ADSL line at my business was off on Monday 11/02/2013 at 11h00. After numerous promises they have only managed to repair it on Friday15/02/2013 at 14h00. The repair only took 30 minutes. They could not give me a time or day for the repairs to take place. I waited a week for them to do a simple repair and they think it is good enough.
