Explanation on billing/account info

Firstly, I am not certain who handles complaints here but I bet it will be Charlotte again - the very person I am laying a complaint against.
I am trying to get her to explain to me what the difference between a balance on account and settlement is and she cannot provide me with a sufficient response. On 19 April 2013, I received a call from her with attempt to explain but she, instead, disputes that I am making a query on a statement that I received in Feb (which still is no explanation to my initial question). She then continued to ask me if I had the statement on hand, which I obviously did not, as the call came unexpected and it isn't something I walk around carrying for her convenience when she calls so we can discuss (something that she could have responded on email or made prior arrangement for me to have to discuss) but nonetheless still irrelevant as if she knows what she is talking about she would not need me to have a copy for her to explain the contents of it. As this was "inconvenient" for her that I did not have the statement and she has other work to do, she, wait for it, HUNG UP the phone in my ear. Now what a winning consultant you have employed here.
