DESPERATE NEED FOR TRAINING. STINKING ATTITUDE

On December 6 I called into purchase a once -off My Meg bundle. Having efffected this purchase several times in the previous months, I was well aware that there was no obligation on me to enter a month to month contract but that this could be a once off. The first consultant I spoke to had no clue about the 'once-off' phenomenon. He put me on hold, told me the system was slow and made me listen to the national anthem twice. I eventually cut the line off and called again. I spoke to 'Shamrock' -- he also didnt have a clue about the once off promotion and started lauding on about the month to month. I cut him short and explained that i was under no obligation to purchase a month to month contract and that all I wanted was a once off My Meg purchase. He didnt have a clue. Put me on hold for 17 minuites (think I listened to the national anthem 5 times), told me he would refer it to his supervisor and just simply had NO IDEA. I then told him to figure it out and call me at 7 am the next day (I had called at about 23h30) with a solution which he promised he would and of course NEVER DID. TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE. Get your customer focus right Vodacom.
