It started when I was joining an adult dependent in November 2011 whereby I forwarded the application form in the middle of the month then they joined her from the beginning of that month putting me in arrears of a month, following month they never billed her- two months arrears - 2012 they told me I am owing then I got clarity of that, I agreed to settle in three instalments starting from June 2012 apparently in may 2012 a good Samaritan paid it for me which I am still awaiting clarity who is this person. For your information whilst fighting over this issue they unilaterally decided to suspend my (paid- up) membership. I further fought my genuine battle they again unilaterally unsuspended the membership - now I am writing e-mails from time to time thinking that a someone from their side will call me or write an e-mail to me explaining what is going on. I am now in search of their COO or CEO with a hope of getting response or the Ombudsman.
