I recently went into a Telkom Bluff to apply with a landline - so that I could get adsl from another provider; as I have heard negative feedback regarding Telkoms offerring. The lady at Telkom Bluff was super helpful and reassured me that Telkom offers a great product at great price and that their service has improved and that I should give Telkom a try - so I decided to give telkom the benefit of the doubt. Arrangements were made within a week for the modem and line etc. to be installed - and the installer was there on the day as promised.

Unfortunately that is were the good experience ends. Sadly for Telkom who have clearly made an effort to improve their shop window as it were - the after sales experience from the call centre has not been pleasant.

The installation took place and the technicians left saying that is all that they are responsible for. So we were left to figure that out on our own and I have no clue. We have 3 laptops in the house - I eventually got 2 connected. I still havent managed to get mine sorted... and then we reached our data limit - on an uncapped line?

Please Telkom - Im tired of going through 100 voice prompts for littke satisfaction. Call me
