So after I logged a complaint that I was struggling to get the line installed for ADSL at my house, a Technician came out on saturday and did a great job installing the line, but unfortunately there were/are once again issues at the back office where my order was not placed correctly, I request ADSL and the order they have is for a voice line only, now I asked them to just switch on my ADSL for my line and it seems it is taking quite some time, which I cannot understand, as it was part of the original order. Please can I have this rectified asap, original order number 72043061.
