BAD SERVICE TELKOM

I phoned telkom internet on 18/02/2013 to complain that my internet is not working. The first person just put the phone down in my ear. I phoned back. The first person I spoke to tried to help me but told me he is going to put me through to accounts because it has been suspended. The second person from accounts told me that my account is up to date and put me through to another person from internet department. This person tried to help me and told me to hold on and transfered me to a fourth person from accounts. He told me that I have two accounts for my internet and it is in arears. So I asked him how is this possable. He told me that they should have send me a second account for the internet. So I told him the prosses I went trough to get to the correct answer, time and money wased because I was phoning from a cellphone and was holding for 53 minutes. He then just put the phone down in my ear. This is very bad service from the number one phone comany in south africa.!!!
