This is now the third time I am complaining on Hello Peter in 3 weeks about Cell C. The first about the fact that my iMessage is not working and after 7 calls to the useless call center the problem was not solved, the second about the fact that no one bothered to follow up, no one being a fellow named Tshepo whom apparently works at a company the deals with Telecommunication but has no concept about picking up a phone, emailing or at the very least SMS'ing the client about a status report.
I am at a loss on what to do regarding Cell C. Without a doubt Cell C have the worst service in South Africa, maybe it is just that fellow Tshepo but unfortunately for them and me he is representing Cell C and has now lead me to this opinion I have.
I demand a senior official from Cell C contact me and update me on this situation that has been on going for almost 3 months now!!! How hard can it be to solve a customer query! If this is not possible then I want a complete refund and cancellation on this contract as Cell C is not living up to their service agreement.
