I upgraded my blackberry 7 months ago to a samsung s3.
Up to now they are still charging me the BIS??
I called the call centre, to my surprise they told me it is up to me to cancel the BIS??
REALLY??? What kind of service is this that i am paying for? I must do vodacom's job for them..
When asked if i am going to be refunded for all the months i payed for, simply NO!!
