Where did my data go?

I have the 60 60 Gig prom Bundle
problem one
Since i have had the 3G service with telecom/8ta i have had nothing but bad service
Constantly disconnecting and being throttled down bit rates
data usage just seems to happen on its own? large chunks of data just disappear and they have no way of helping you see what happened, and especially near the end of the bundles when you find 500 MB disappearing in an instant, but when u download a file you get bit rates and lag of less than 56k dial up
Problem two

The Call center... its a we wont/cant help you center to be more precise.
after calling in on many occasions i had the phone put down on me before i said hello?
if i did manage to get through i was put on hold and my ear suffered damage from the over bearing, too loud distorted hold tune...
after many attempts over the 11 month period to have the issue resolved it still remains "not done"

for a company who holds the monopoly and all other service providers to ransom with the most expensive data charges in the world one would expect a decent service?

yet they have millions to sponsor sporting events? one would think that them being a monopoly would pass the saving on to us?
