There are no words to describe the way I am feeling.
A so called account was handed over as debits were returned.
Mtn has records of the premiums being returned.
Ironically, there is no proof of an itemised billing, neither can a call be retreived from 2011.
According to National Credit Act (NCA) with effect from 1st June 2007, calls & recording keeping must be kept for a period of 5 years.
Unfortunately, I do not have a name, was holding on for a manager of the legal department for 5 minutes and was then cut off.
Was advised that Mtn only keeps records for up to 6 months, it goes into archive and then cannot be retrienved.
Hopefully somebody who knows what they are doing will give me a call.
