On Monday I went in to the store to upgrade my contract because I need a new phone. My phone only works if it is charging. I wasn't looking for a state of the art new phone, I simply asked for an upgrade on my current Blackberry. I was told they didn't have stock and it would take 3 to 4 days and I would be contacted. Friday (5 days after I first went in) I call enquiring about my phone and am told that they will call me back in half an hour. 3 hours have elapsed and still no phone call or any details about my phone. Not even a courtesy call apologizing that it will take longer than previously stated. I don't want a new phone, I NEED a new phone and being my service provider for my entire family for the past 8 or so years I expect some sort of professionalism which I am not receiving.
