Unethical practice on MTN Debit Orders

Running my own bisness with a 1500 MTN contract for more than 10 years, that is paid by debit order. Finding my bill is running very high i went to the mtn shop to check my statement. To find that there is a 3rd internet company's taking money on the same debit order that was ment for MTN purpuses only.
Denying these services the manager told me that these subcriptions can occur by only opening a mesage on your phone.( R800 for03/12/2012)
She made notes on MTN system to stop these services and told me that they will cancell all subscriptions.
On asking to block these services permanently i was told that MTN system doesn't allow them to block these services.
08/01/2013 I went to a MTN shop to check to see if there was "Content Charges" to find R500 on my account. Explaining to me that these bills runs in areas.
Asking to reverse this amount i was told that they are not allowed to do so.
Surely according to the Consumer Act a company can not take a Debit Order and allow a 3rd Party to take moneys on the same Order.
Please assist me urgently to warn other subscribers on these unetical practice in this matter.
