Answering phone calls

I purchased an airtime top up, however the voucher did not load (which is understandable as these things do happen). A message popped up informing me to phone customer care. For the last 30 minutes i have been attempting to contact customer care. No one answers. Please attend to my issue. I have been a loyal client and always refer friends and family because of the service i receive now this is dropping the ball.
