Mbongeni provides total customer satisfaction

I lodged a complaint with Hello Peter about 2 weeks back against poor service from the Cell C call centre. Hello Peter immediately contacted Cell c and they responded sending me an email stating that their Escalation consultant, Mbongeni Ntshangase, will be contacting me shortly to try and resolve the problem. We were in the process of cancelling all contracts with Cell c but thanks to Mbongeni we reversed our decision. True to his word, Mbongeni called almost immediately thereafter and empathetically listened to my grievance, promising to ease my pain. The following day Mbongeni called me exactly at the promised time and had good news, solving my problem. He was throughout very professional, efficient and friendly. Over the years our company has had various cell phone contracts with all the major Networks and none of them has provided the high level of customer satisfaction like that received from Mbongeni (Cell c escalation consultant). Please take note Mr Allan Knott Craig as you have a 'diamond' in your company
