Hi Cell C, I refer to my previous complaint which I thought was sorted out... please see link below :

This is a follow on from that :
Mbongeni Ntshangase responded and confirmed that my contract has been terminated and moved to a pre-paid account, but I still received another invoice for this month even though I am not using my Cell C speed stick and also have no data on it as it has been converted already. After sending another 5 emails to Mbongeni Ntshangase and [Email Removed] NO RESPONSE again. Wow, your service are getting better by the day and I am now past being reasonable and understanding of the terrible service you provide. I may pay more with MTN, but at least I get what I pay for... SERVICE! You have my details sort this out otherwise this will get worse!
